Ruby’s Diner
- Drove an organic growth by 8,000 in a nine month period.

Website Rebranding
Led content development and communication efforts for the project to redesign Ruby's Diner outdated website.
- Implemented Ruby's new brand image and introduced new fundraising programs, food menus and franchising pages onto the website.
- Developed and updated all written content on website and directed image selection and placement to keep with new brand theme.
- Communicated with design team to find best way to optimize SEO, increase site traffic and gain more page views and clicks.
Social Analytics
Experience using Momentfeed, Hootsuite, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other social analytical tools to optimize posting time and create social media reports.
- Created weekly social media reports to measure the effectiveness of posts and to make any necessary changes in order to meet goals and improve profile engagement.
Fitdog Sports Club
- Create quarterly calendars for blog creation and maintenance.
- Write and publish three to four blogs a month on Fitdog’s website to optimize SEO and keep up with current trends and news.
- Update past blogs on Fitdog’s website in order to increase quality score, keep blogs current, update external and internal links and boost SEO.
- Published blogs have gained over 40.5k views.
- Actively update Fitdog’s monthly dog-friendly events blog that has over 15k total views.
Partnerships and Promotional Development
Ruby’s Diner
- Coordinated with foodie influencers such as Grubspot (928k followers), FoodieOC (68k followers), Massive Cravings (404k followers) to promote Ruby’s Diner bi-annual Burger Day on their social media.
- Worked with Ruby’s Diner PR team, Ace Agency, to help get all marketing materials needed for restaurant grand openings, Ruby’s bi-annual Burger Day, and community events, such as OC Summer in the Park Concert Series.
- Hosted over 12 giveaways on our Instagram pages in a three year span.
- Formed partnerships with over 35 different pet-related or local companies and influencers.
- Attend local dog-related events in the Los Angeles area to promote Fitdog services at our booth and create live content for Instagram stories and capture images and videos for event recap on social media and blogs.
- Coordinate with local partners and rescues for events we host such as our annual Smooches for Pooches, Benefit Hike and Holiday Pawty.
- Created all promotional material for special events, giveaways and workshops including assets for Instagram, Facebook, blogs, Eventbrite, in-store posters and TV monitor in Fitdog lobby.
- Established relationships with local rescue organizations and helped raise over $10,000 by hosting holiday-themed photoshoots at Fitdog.
- Created all assets for fundraisers and photographed over 50 dogs for each shoot with a studio set-up in Fitdog’s lobby.
